EMW dont require any material medium for there propogation but their veoicity DEPENDS on nature of medium involved…. i.e.c = 1/ (μ0ε0)1/2

    hey…...you can propagate through water ,mud,wind but slower than u propagate in air…......propagation is not related with c in equation c=1/u0e0^1/2
